A client is a person who has created a registration for a course. You can find all the client's details in the client card.
In the client card you will find all personal data, a list of registrations, orders and also the possibility to deactivate the client or to request a change of his/her data.
Client detail
In the client detail you can see all previous registrations, orders, credits and basic information about the client.
Notes and preferences
You can write a special note for each client that will show up with each registration, for example, that this is a customer who has been used in an advertisement of your company and has a course price with a greater discount. You can also uncheck Send promotional emails if they ask you to.
Data correction
If you change a client's details in their card, this will also change the details on any registrations the client has created with you. If you do not want to change the client's data but only the data on one registration, you can do so in the details of that registration. You can read exactly how to proceed in this manual in the section Client/registration change.
Changing client details is done via a request, which you send to us via the application by filling in the form by clicking on New Request. You are always notified by a notification e-mail, when the request is created and when it is approved or rejected. The change of client data usually takes place within 2 days after the request has been created.
Has your request been rejected?
We may reject your request for 2 reasons:
- The completed form contains incorrect data (with errors)
- If it is a bulk overwrite of client registrations
Client/registration change
Changing a client or in other words overwriting a registration may appear at first glance to be the same as changing a client's details. This is not the case, because when you change a client you are just overwriting the registration under a different client than the one it was originally created under. Thus, it is not a change of data on all its registrations, but only an overwriting of one registration. The only condition for overwriting is that the client you want to overwrite must be registered as a client and thus have a different registration of any/all status.
This change is made in the registration details.
In the Client field, enter the email or name of the client you want to overwrite the registration to and click the Search button followed by Select.
