How to Clear Your Cache

Sometimes websites (including Zooza 😉) may load slowly or not show recent updates. A quick fix is to clear your browser cache. Here’s how to do it on the most common browsers:

💻 Desktop

Google Chrome

  1. Open menu (⋮ top right)

  2. Select More tools → Clear browsing data

  3. Choose Cached images and files

  4. Click Clear data

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open menu (⋯ top right)

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

  3. Select Cached images and files

  4. Click Clear now

Safari (Mac)

  1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Advanced

  2. Tick Show Develop menu

  3. Then click Develop → Empty Caches

Firefox

  1. Open menu (☰ top right)

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data

  4. Select Cached Web Content and click Clear


📱 Mobile

Chrome (Android/iOS)

  1. Open menu (⋮ or ⋯)

  2. Tap History → Clear browsing data

  3. Choose Cached images and files and tap Clear

Safari (iPhone)

  1. Go to Settings → Safari

  2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data


After clearing your cache, reload the page or restart the app.
If the issue continues, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + R) or clear cookies as well.
