Send an e-mail after lesson/event

For each event created within the course, you also have the option to set up individual communication for registered clients. We recommend using this functionality when you need to communicate important information before or after the event. For example, don't forget to bring your workbook for the event.

To set up communication, please follow these steps:
  1. Find the date you want to set up communication. you can find it via the Lessons/Events tab or the Groups tab
  2. Click on the date of your choice:
  3. in the event detail open the Automation tile
  4. 2 e-mail option will be opened
    1. E-mail after the lesson/event
    2. E-mail after the video has been watched
     

  1. Based on what you need fill out all required fields and send the email.
