  • Client selects a course/group from the menu, fills in the details and submits the form
After registration creation

  • Receives a notification that the registration has been completed and a request to confirm the registration (from the system's side, this is a confirmation of entering the correct email address)
After registration confirmation

  • Notification is automatically sent with all course information with the option to log in to the profile - email template: Registration confirmation
Lesson/Event selection

  • Client logs into his/her profile and finds and logs in specific lesson/event

  • After signing up for a lesson, a debt is created for the client to pay in cash on the spot
On the lesson/event

  • Comes to the lesson and pays for it

Admin

Before registration

  • Creates a course of type Open - MANUAL

  • Creates a group with events, where an event is one lesson

  • Sets up a tutor for a group or individual lessons

  • Sets the capacity of the group - this will then be equal to the capacity of the event (i.e. the registration form will allow unlimited registrations for the group, with the possibility that when registering for a specific event, it will guard this and not allow more than the specified number)

  • In the Price and Payment section admin sets the price per event and the payment option Cash

  • Creates a template for the confirmation email - Registration Confirmation - MANUAL

  • Adds a communication template at the course level

  • Registration is automatically flagged with the status - Valid course registration

  • Debt on registration is 0 as the client will pay per event

Lesson/Event selection

  • Selects the event in the calendar

  • clicks on the Book lessons/event button and searches for a client from the list

  • After signing up for the lesson, the client creates a debt on the registration, which can be settled immediately with a transactional payment
