Courses - individual lessons for one client, in which it is possible to sign up for the 1st lesson for free and then continue with the whole course.

Before registration

During registration

  • Selects the course/group from the menu, fills in the details and submits the form
After registration creation

  • Receives a notification that the registration has been completed and a request to confirm the registration (from the system's side, this is a confirmation of entering the correct email address)
After registration confirmation

  • Notification is automatically sent with all course information with the option to log in to the profile - email template: Registration confirmation
After the trial lesson

  • The client pays the registration debt
After the group has run out of lessons

  • The client will be re-registered in a new group with a new debt

  • The client pays the debt on the new registration

Admin

Before registration

  • Creates a course of type Ongoing - MANUAL, where the number of billable events will be set to 10 and the unit price per lesson will be set

  • Creates a group with 11 events, where 10 events (except the 1st) will be marked as billable- MANUAL

  • Sets the lecturer for the group

  • Sets the group capacity to 1

  • Creates a template for the confirmation email - Registration Confirmation - MANUAL

  • Adds communication template at course level

During registration

  • The registration is automatically flagged with the status - Valid registration for the course

  • Registration debt is calculated as amount per event x number of billable events (10)

After the trial lesson

  • Payment is assigned to the registration (automatically/manually)

After the group has run out of lessons

  • Copies the group with all the data, setting 10 billable events with a price per 1 lesson/event

  •  Sends an email to the client informing them of the new registration
